Karen Bouquet, RDH
Karen Bouquet graduated from Loyola University in 1974 and has worked as a dental hygienist for 37 years. Karen has been with Connell-Shea Family Dentistry for 4 years. Karen most enjoys helping patients maintain good oral health.

Tricia Shea Starr
Tricia Starr has been working in the dental field and with Dr. John Shea in the New Orleans office for a total of 19 years+ as his Dental Assistant and Receptionist. She received her certification in “Digital & Conventional Radiology for Dental Auxiliaries” in 2006 and “Expanded Duty Dental Assistant” in 2009 from L.S.U.S.D.

Lisa Aguilar Ribando, RDH
Lisa Aguilar Ribando graduated from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 2007, earning her Registered Dental Hygienist degree. She has worked for Connell Dental Care part time since 2007, and is now the full time dental hygienist for the Gretna office. Lisa loves to help patients achieve optimal oral health with a positive and engaging approach. She enjoys the the challenge of helping ease the anxiety that many patients have, and make patients feel that a visit to the dentist can be a positive experience.

Sandra Bernard
Sandra Bernard has worked in the dental field for 25 years. She started as a receptionist and after 6 month moved to dental assistant. Sandra developed a passion for dentistry after working both position because it helped her learn the importance of our oral health affect the entire body. Her favorite part of the dentistry is the knowledge of the dental procedures and helping the patients to understand their treatment better. Sandra now oversees insurance and treatment plans for patients. She gathers all patient's insurance and explains patient's insurance benefits and presents treatment plans so that patients can better plan for their dental health.

Tiffany Badulescu
Tiffany Badulescu is the Front Desk Associate at Connell Dental Care in Gretna. She graduated as a Medical Administrative Assistant in 2010 and has been with Connell Dental Care for over a year. Tiffany's friendly, caring voice is the first experience that many patients encounter when calling Connell Dental Care. Tiffany can help patients in all aspects of customer service, including scheduling appointments, answering questions about insurance benefits, or explaining dental procedures.
Tiffany’s favorite part about working at Connell Dental Care are the friendly patients and patient’s satisfaction with dental treatment. Her attitude & skills experience has peeked her interest in continuing her lifelong learning & performance development in the dentistry field with Dr. Connell.
